Phillip Silcher grew up in the Bitterroot Valley of Western Montana. This rural upbringing gave him a deep appreciation of the communal type of living commonly found within small towns. It was after coming to Spokane in 2009 to attend Whitworth University that his appreciation for Spokane began to grow. After obtaining a degree in Political Science at Whitworth University he applied and was accepted to Gonzaga University’s School of Law.
Now, in the final year of Law School, Phillip is eager pursue and help shape the mission of Heal Spokane in ways that combine both his love for Spokane as well as his appreciation for small town cooperative living.
